Banishing Fear with a Little Knowledge

"Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood."

- Marie Curie

What do you fear? Many people fear spiders, snakes, or ghost. Others fear job loss. Still others fear illness, violence, or death. If we learn all we can about each of our fears, we'll begin to understand them and perhaps even gain a greater appreciation for the object of our fear. Watching a documentary on tornadoes, for instance, helps us learn when and where tornadoes are most likely to occur. The more we learn, the more prepared and self-assured we can be.

TODAY, I WILL WORK TOWARD CONQUERING ONE FEAR BY RESEARCHING IT ON THE INTERNET.
