Sometimes it is hard to recognize our own talents. We may feel unsure, or we may be afraid that we will overestimate our strengths. That is when it is good to rely on the judgment of trusted associates and peers. They are the ones who can accurately gauge where our strengths and talents lie. We can do this for others as well.
