Now and Ever After
"The average man, who does not know what to do with his life, wants another one which will last forever."
- Anatole France
Many of us live our days in fear and hesitation. We talk ourselves out of taking chances because we are afraid of all the things that might happen. But we are also afraid of death and what may come after, so we want our lives to last forever, even though we spend our lives not doing very much. It is a vicious circle. Jump out of it! Go after your dreams. Maybe things won't turn out quite like you hope, but you will have lived a full life, and you will have no regrets. Let's say my dream is to start a restaurant. If I love it and nurture it-if I treat it as my baby-I will likely be successful. Maybe it won't be the immediate neighborhood will love it and support it, and I will be living my dream. And if if fails, I will just pick up the pieces and move on to the next adventure.
TODAY I WILL FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO WITH MY LIFE, AND I WILL WORK TOWARD MY DREAMS
